L’ERTA DI RADDA guarantees you the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, indicating the reasons, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods.
To exercise this right, the User is required to inform us of the decision to withdraw through a declaration to customer service.
Any disbursement of the sums by way of reimbursement by L’ERTA DI RADDA, if due, will take place pursuant to Article 56 paragraph 1 of the Consumer Code as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date in which became aware of the relative exercise by the user.
ERTA DI RADDA will refund using the same payment method used by the user for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with the user.
ERTA DI RADDA will not be required to reimburse delivery costs if the user has expressly chosen a different and more expensive type of delivery than the one offered.
It is understood that, with the exception of cases in which it has been decided to collect the goods directly, L’ERTA DI RADDA may withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the user has demonstrated that he has returned the goods, whichever situation occurs first.
Upon arrival of the goods, we recommend that you check that:
- -The number of packages, identity, quality and quantity of the products delivered corresponds to that indicated in the accompanying document, issued with the order
- -The packaging is intact, not damaged or otherwise altered.
The mismatch in the number of packages or indications, as well as loss or any damage, must be immediately reported to customer service indicating all the details of the order.
